I am a HCPC-registered psychotherapist. My experience includes work in the NHS mental health services, education and psychological research. My interest in neuroscience and evidence-based medicine led me to the study of psychedelic substances. I advocate for the decriminalisation of psychedelics for medical and therapeutic use.

In addition to my psychotherapy work, I am a certified yoga instructor. Meditation is part of my daily practice, and I believe in its transformative power. I aim to help you find your own unique meditation techniques that work for you.
