“Change is not making the same choices that you made the day before. Change is uncomfortable, it feels unfamilair.”

PSYCHOTHERAPY

The modern world brings in a range of difficulties such as work and study-related stress, relationship issues, addiction, anxiety and low self-esteem. It is not always possible to solve problems on your own. I will help you find effective tools and develop better attitudes towards life's most complex and challenging circumstances. I offer a private and safe space for you to talk freely about the things that worry you. This is to help you make sense of the past, present and future. Making small changes to self-defeating behaviour can bring life-altering results.

Psychedelic integration

PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION

As groundbreaking research in psychedelics is yielding extremely promising results across the globe, more people are turning to psychedelics to expand their consciousness and for therapeutic use. However, the altered state of consciousness can be overwhelming and destabilising. Without a therapeutic context, the psychedelic experience can be meaningless, dissociative and potentially harmful. I want to offer you a space to prepare and make sense of your psychedelic trip.

Yoga & meditation

YOGA & MEDITATION

I believe in the holistic healing of the mind, body and spirit. As a psychotherapist and a certified yoga instructor, I encourage you to explore all paths that lead you to wellness. There is no panacea but an active choice of finding different healing methods that align with your energy and personality.
